I can help small to medium-sized charities with:

1. Creating a case for support for your organisation, programme or project, and developing a trusts and foundations fundraising strategy.
2. Researching and drawing up a list of funding prospects.
3. Writing and submitting funding applications, for a fixed number of days each month or ‘on demand’. This could either be for a fixed term, or ongoing.

I could also support you with:

• Identifying fundraising opportunities within your organisation.
• Devising an evaluation plan
• Developing project budgets
• Auditing previous fundraising activity: re-invigorating previous donors
• Maintaining a record of applications submitted, dates, responses, requirements and any other important information.
• Writing / preparing progress reports for senior management / trustees.
• Writing / preparing and submitting progress reports for funders.
• Being a ‘critical friend’ for projects
